This suite opens up to a private front garden with a sitting area overlooking the pool. In a private back patio, a hammock is surrounded by tropical flowers. Please note that we usually rent out our villa as a whole (all 9 rooms together) for large groups. The villa as a whole is listed separately on Airbnb and is booked this way most of the year. When we have last-minute availability between group rentals, we rent the rooms individually. We can help you set up whatever services you need. This property is in a safe, colorful Mexican neighborhood, surrounded by taco stands, stores, ATMs, and laundry services, and restaurants. The beach is a quick walk away (7 blocks). We intentionally picked this lot to give our guests the "local experience" while having easy access to all of the tourist attractions. Take buses, Uber, or taxis to any local destination. We right in between the Puerto Vallarta airport and Sayulita - just 30min to each. -Filtered drinking water is provided throughout your stay. -In our garage is a rack of extra accessories for our guests to enjoy, which include board games, beach gear, yoga mats, kitchen equipment, etc. -The rooms do not have TVs, though do have WiFi. -Bucerías is a walkable town and we are in a central location. There is, however, a steep hill between our property and the beach. -Our neighborhood has dogs and roosters and they like to communicate to one another. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. -Since our roofs are made of thatch, no smoking is permitted on our property. -The pool is not securely fenced in and is dangerous for small children without supervision. -We have thrown our whole hearts into creating this space.
